In stock orders are typically ready to ship within 2-5 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All shipments will be made during business hours Monday-Friday. Expedited orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays.
Items ordered together may not ship on the same day, you will be notified when each item is shipped via email.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Shipping is only provided within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii.

All returns must be approved by Paperwhite LLC. Directions for Returns are listed below.
Once request is approved by Paperwhite LLC, a return shipping label will be provided via email.
All items must be returned within 7-10 days of original receipt and must be unused and unaltered. All items must be returned in the original packaging with original tags attached.
Any items that Paperwhite LLC considers used, damaged, or altered will be returned back to customer without refund.
Vintage or One-of-a-Kind items are not eligible for return.
Refund for returned items and applied sales tax will be credited back to the original method of payment.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items based off of the original cost of the merchandise.

Directions for Return
Sign in to your account and locate your order information. Please fill out the return request form including reason for return.
Print Label. Once you have received your return label via email, please print and attach to the outside of original packaging of the item to be returned. Please be sure to cover or remove the original shipping label.
Ship. Please ship package within 7-10 days of original receipt. We will notify you once we have received your returned package and refunded the cost of the item.
